Refund policy

Customers who place orders online should inspect the ordered goods upon receipt for any damage or dissatisfaction with the quality. If you find any damage to the goods (excluding intentional damage), please contact us by email at info@crystale.co or via WhatsApp customer service hotline at +852 9602 9647 within 24 hours of receiving the goods to request a replacement. The company will review the reasons for the return or exchange and reserves the right to reject any return requests.

Once a replacement is approved, the buyer may bring the goods to a designated store for exchange. If the buyer chooses to return or exchange by mail, the postage for the return and reshipping will be borne by the buyer. (The buyer assumes the risk of mailing the returned goods, so please ensure the package is properly secured to prevent damage during transit.)

For items purchased in-store, customers should inspect the goods at the time of purchase. Once the goods leave the store, returns and refunds will not be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience.

In the case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final decision.
