Refund and Replacement Policy
If customers who ordered online find any damage or are dissatisfied with the quality of the product upon receipt, please contact us by email or call/WhatsApp our customer service hotline at +852 9602 9647 within 24 hours of receipt to apply for a product exchange. Refunds are not available.
The postage for exchanging and reshipping products must be paid by the buyer. (The postal risk of exchanging products is borne by the buyer. Please properly package the mail to avoid damage to the product during shipping.)
We will inspect the product upon receipt and accept the exchange only if the product is undamaged.
For products sold in stores, customers should check the products carefully at the time of purchase. Once the product leaves the store, returns and refunds will not be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience.
In case of any disputes, our company reserves the right of final decision.
