Q: How should I care for my crystals and crystal jewellery?
A: For physical care, remove crystal jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising or using perfumes and household chemicals. Avoid strong impacts and prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight, especially for stones that can fade. Store pieces separately where possible to reduce scratching.
Q: Do crystals need to be cleansed?
A: Cleansing is a spiritual practice rather than a physical requirement. If cleansing is part of your crystal practice, common methods include placing the piece near a clear quartz cluster or using other non-damaging ritual methods. Crystals purchased from CRYSTALE can also be cleansed free of charge in our stores. Always check a stone's physical care requirements before using water, salt or sunlight, as some minerals can be damaged by these methods.
Q: Can other people touch or wear my crystals?
A: There is no physical reason another person cannot touch your crystal. Some crystal traditions prefer to keep personal pieces for one wearer because they view them as connected to that person's intention or energy. If that tradition resonates with you, you may choose to cleanse or reset the piece before another person wears it.
Q: Which wrist should I wear my crystal bracelet on?
A: There is no single rule. Some crystal traditions associate the left side with receiving energy and the right side with projecting or releasing it. You can also simply wear your bracelet on whichever wrist feels most comfortable or best matches your intention.
Q: Are your crystals natural?
A: Our crystal and mineral products are sold as natural materials unless a product page specifically states otherwise. Natural stones vary in colour, pattern, inclusions and clarity, which is part of what makes each piece unique.
Q: Can you provide a gemological certificate?
A: Certification is not automatically included with every item because independent laboratory testing adds cost. Customers may arrange testing through GIA or another recognised gemological laboratory at their own expense. If you need certification for a specific item before purchase, please contact us first.
Q: Can you adjust the size of my crystal bracelet?
A: Yes. Add your wrist measurement or preferred bracelet size in the order notes. If extra beads are required, additional charges may apply.
Q: Can you resize my crystal ring?
A: Selected rings can be resized. Add your ring size in the order notes or contact us before ordering. Resizing normally takes around one week, depending on the design.
Q: How do I measure my wrist or ring size?
- Wrap a piece of string or a strip of paper comfortably around your wrist or finger.
- Mark where the ends meet.
- Measure the distance between the two marks with a ruler.
For best accuracy, repeat the measurement 3–4 times. You can also visit one of our stores for free sizing assistance.
