General dimensions are in mm unless otherwise noted. The size shown on the bracelet generally refers to the average size of the diameter of each bead.

Because crystal products are all polished by hand, we cannot guarantee that the size of all beads will be exactly the same. There will be slight errors that are invisible to the naked eye, which is normal.

When purchasing a crystal bracelet, there is a chance that the beads may differ by no more than 0.5mm. (For example: if you purchase 8mm size, you have a chance to receive a bracelet with 8.5mm bead diameter.)

Hand circumference of the bracelet
We hope that your favorite crystal can be 100% to your liking. The hand circumference of the bracelet can be adjusted for free.
You only need to indicate your hand size or the number of beads you want in the "Special Requests" at checkout.
If there are any extra beads, they will be returned to the customer for backup.

* If the beads of the original bracelet are insufficient for the required hand size, additional charges will be charged.

Ring ring number
Our ring products are generally displayed in the form of (size, ring mouth).
When you purchase a ring worth $800 or more, you can change the ring band once for free
If you want to change the band band, just indicate your finger size or the corresponding band band in the "Remarks" at checkout.

How to measure your hand circumference/ring ring
1. Use a string or paper strip to wrap a full circle around your wrist/finger with moderate tightness.
2. Mark the beginning and end points.
3. Use a ruler to measure the distance between 2 points, and then get your own hand circumference. If you are looking for a ring, use the corresponding picture to check the ring number.

* For manual measurement of hand circumference and ring circumference, it is recommended to repeat the measurement 3 to 4 times to avoid erroneous readings
